Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and all hang tags/care labels must be attached.
We do not offer refunds, because all orders are made-to-order. We do offer exchanges non-expiring store credit, because due to the nature of our brand we cannot promise the product you purchased will stay in stock. All returns must be pre-approved and received within ten (10) business days of authorization of the return. By, Dawn XO must receive a returned product before a store credit will be issued. The client is responsible for shipping costs on returned products unless shipping costs are waived when the Return Authorization is approved.
ALL SALE ITEMS AND SWIMWEAR ARE FINAL SALE. We here at By, Dawn XO make the item based on your order and may not be returned for a refund, store credit or exchanged. For all other items, refunds will only be issued if a product arrives damaged. Otherwise, it is exchange or store credit only.

If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at contact@bydawnxo.com first before sending your item to the return address because we cannot guarantee we can exchange do to stock availability, we promise to get back to you within 1-2 business days (not including holiday, Saturday or Sunday)
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return, once the returned item is received.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send store credit to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
